Pinakl uses PI to (i) create Your user profile, (ii) service your account and profile with Site, including contacting you and responding to customer service inquiries, (iii) communicate with You regarding the Site, including usage, promotional offers, marketing, servicing, Site operations, and other related activities, and (iv) analyze and assess PI provided by You and others who use the Site.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain PI you provide for payment processing may be collected by our payment processor, Stripe. Pinakl will never purposefully share, sell, or provide access to Your PI that is collected by Stripe to any other third-party for non-commercial purposes.

Pinakl is not responsible for any PI or other information collected about You by such websites, or any other websites you connect with through the use of the Site or other Pinakl services.
